I think the best solution for the OP will be a power draw bar. An Erickson QC30 would be better, but was never offered for that mill and the cost would eclipse the value of the mill several fold. My Bridgeport has the "Erickson Quick Change" system but I have never used it. It requires NMTB 30 taper tooling with a special configuration for the locking mechanism to engage. Generic 30 taper tooling isn't too hard to obtain, but finding tooling for the quick change system is a bit problematic.
